Public Service Announcement: According to City of Winnipeg Bylaw 1573/77, you must be parked at least 9 metres away from a stop sign. (Apparently, 4 metres is not good enough.) Thanks to Officer #186, the City of Winnipeg has become $65 richer, the streets are safer, and I myself have learned a valuable lesson in life.
